If you use Visual Micro to extend Visual Studio so it can build for the Arduino, you can configure Visual Assist to recognize your Arduino source as C/C++, and thereby activate the features of Visual Assist.
Follow the instructions for non-standard C/C++ extensions to make Visual Assist recognize the Arduino .pde and .ino extensions.
