Disable support for multiple monitors with mixed-mode DPI

By default, Visual Assist supports multiple monitors with mixed-mode DPI. You can disable the support if you experience flicker or window flashing within Visual Assist, thereby reverting to the anomalies that occur when Visual Assist makes little-to-no attempt to support mixed-mode DPI. Disable support by modifying the following binary value in the registry:

HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\EnableMixedDpiScalingWorkaround = 00

Set the registry value to 01 to restore default behavior, i.e. to support mixed-mode DPI.
