Velocity Composites appointment new chief financial officer

Velocity Composites, supplier of composite material and consumable kits to the aerospace industry, is has announced the appointment of Alan Kershaw as chief financial officer.

Kershaw is a financial executive with over 25 years’ experience of leading the finance functions of companies, both privately and publicly held. Kershaw joins Velocity Composites after serving as finance director for Ultrasis, an international provider of health care to retail and corporate clients, where he was responsible as director and company secretary for twelve group companies.

Prior to this, Kershaw spent four years as Finance and Operations Director at WH Ireland Group Plc. Whilst with WH Ireland, Alan was shortlisted for the North West Finance Director of the Year in 2012.
