Set preference for start- and end-token filtering

Be default, dot is a special character when filtering in various dialogs and drop-down lists of Visual Assist. Generally, the dot forces a filter to match the beginning or end of a symbol.

You can disable dot filtering by setting the following in the registry:

HKCU\Software\Whole Tomato\Visual Assist X\<IDE spec>\EnableFilterStartAndEndTokens = 00

Set to 01 for default behavior.
